Well to start off this is a very unique art style, you don't see a lot of Sonic art without lineart, and you've managed to do a good job with that here. A couple of minor things that appear a bit off: the spines on his back are turned upwards (Sonic's Super form doesn't have this feature). His nose is a bit curved and long. The ear we can see should be farther back, more behind the eye than in front of it. Also you have the top of his head in a different perspective from the rest of his face...you have the crease in his brow but you shouldn't be able to see his other brow from that position. His tail is a bit long and should be a little more curved upwards but seeing as this is Sonic modified to look a bit more primal I can see that that may have been intentional.
A note on the Super form: as far as I can recall, other than Turbo Tails, Super forms have auras, and I do know that Darkspine/Dark Sonic has a dark blue aura. So he looks a bit unfinished because he lacks that.
However, this is a really well done piece with excellent shading and I really like how you drew his mouth. Your background suggests that no matter where this hedgehog goes, Hell on earth will follow him. Nice work.
